Cancellation Policy

Appointments are confirmed once checkout is complete and payment has been received. For services included in a pricing plan, membership, package, or subscription, appointments must be booked in accordance with the terms of the selected offer. Clients may book appointments up to 12 hours before the session start time, based on current availability. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment online up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 72 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session price. This policy applies because preparation, calendar time, and strategic capacity are reserved in advance for each client. Late arrivals do not extend the session window. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened accordingly, and the full session rate still applies. For memberships, subscriptions, pricing plans, and packages, canceling or missing an individual appointment does not automatically cancel the active plan or subscription. Clients are responsible for managing their plan in accordance with the terms presented at checkout. By booking, purchasing a plan, or scheduling a session, clients agree to the payment, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show terms listed in this policy.
