Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Clients may reschedule their session once, with at least 24 hours' notice, to avoid forfeiting the session. All sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available date within 30 days of the original booking. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed.
